When you create an account in Grayfixx or send an address for an order on WhatsApp, we understand that you have read our Terms & Conditions. And if you don't read then it's your fault, we can't do anything.

Legal Disclaimer for Decals & Stickers:
Grayfixx decals and stickers are meant only for decoration, personal taste, and style enhancement. According to Indian motor vehicle laws, stickers that do not cover or alter the registration number, chassis number, lights, or safety signs are generally considered legal. Grayfixx always recommends that customers follow their local RTO (Road Transport Office) rules and traffic regulations. Any stickers that are reflective, display police/army/government emblems, or involve a full-body wrap without RTO approval may be illegal. Grayfixx does not support or encourage the use of decals that violate Indian traffic or RTO laws. Note: Our decals are designed for legal, aesthetic use only. Please avoid applying them on number plates, lights, or any part restricted by law. In case of any legal issues or challans, Grayfixx will not be responsible. Please use stickers responsibly as per your city/state rules.

Customization: Sorry, we do not make custom products on customer demand. We only sell our own designs due to copyright reasons.
If you want to make small changes in our design or want the same design in a different color, we can do that. However, there is an additional ₹500 customization charge, which is non-refundable.
Non-refundable means that if you cancel the order after the design has been made, the customization charge will not be returned—whether you paid in full or only paid an advance.
Customization or design changes usually take 1–2 days, so please be patient and avoid asking repeatedly. As soon as your design is ready, we will show you a preview before dispatching.
We do not start any customization work without payment. So, payment is mandatory before we begin the design.

Courier/Logistics: We ship prepaid orders through our logistics partners such as Delhivery, Ekart, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, FedEx, DTDC, and others. If your PIN code is not serviceable through these partners, your order will be shipped only through India Post/Speed Post on a prepaid basis for selected products. If you specifically choose Speed Post, the responsibility for delivery will be entirely yours, as we do not receive detailed tracking updates from them. Our role is only to dispatch the parcel, and the company will not be responsible if the product is delayed, lost, or not delivered.
Please do not message on WhatsApp for delivery updates. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking link and the estimated delivery date. After dispatch, the entire delivery process is handled by the courier company, and we cannot make any changes or speed up the delivery. Kindly wait until your order is delivered and follow the estimated delivery timeline. If the tracking status shows “undelivered,” you may contact us for assistance.
Delivery usually takes a minimum of 7–8 days after shipping and can take up to 12–14 days depending on your location and courier performance. If the order is not delivered even after 14 days, you may contact us on WhatsApp to raise a delivery concern.

Cash on delivery COD not available Cash on Delivery (COD) was earlier available, but due to high RTO losses, we have discontinued the COD service. However, we offer a ₹300 Advance Payment Option. If your product value is above ₹300, you can pay ₹300 in advance, and the remaining amount can be paid as COD at the time of delivery.
If you choose the ₹300 advance option and later cancel or refuse the order, this amount is non-refundable, as clearly mentioned on the checkout page.
If you place a prepaid order and cancel it afterward, the delivery charges and RTO charges will be deducted from your refund, as these amounts are paid to the courier partner.
For prepaid orders, we charge a fixed delivery fee of ₹60, and for the ₹300 advance option, the delivery + COD handling charge becomes ₹120. This is the minimum amount we charge customers, even though we pay higher fees to courier partners regardless of the product weight.
Please note that during sales or special offer periods, the ₹300 advance option may be temporarily disabled.

Refund: If a customer returns the product and requests a refund, and Grayfixx accepts the refund as per the return policy, then the refund will be initiated within 2–3 business days after the return parcel is picked up.
If the customer cancels a prepaid order after making the payment but before shipping, the refund will be processed within 2–3 business days. However, a deduction of 2% + 18% GST (Razorpay payment gateway fee) will be applied, and the refundable amount will be shown to you at the time of order cancellation.
However, if the customer cancels a prepaid order after the order has been shipped, then freight + RTO charges will be deducted, and the refund will not be initiated until the shipment enters the RTO process.

Amazon/Flipkart/Meesho/Others/Retailers: If you purchase our product through Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, or any other marketplace—and face any issue after delivery such as missing item, damaged product, or quality concern—you must contact the respective marketplace for replacement or refund. We will not be responsible for such issues. The same condition applies if you purchase the product from any local retailer or shop. However, if any issue arises after applying the product, it may be covered under warranty—provided you received a valid warranty card. We can offer direct service or claim only through the warranty card.

Wallet Wallet balance cannot be transferred to Paytm or any bank account. It can only be used for shopping on Grayfixx.
You will receive cashback on every order after the product is delivered.
• If the order value is below ₹1100, you will receive 10% cashback in your Grayfixx Wallet.
• If the order value is below ₹3100, you will receive 5% cashback.
• If the order value is above ₹3100 and below ₹10,000, you will receive 3% cashback.
If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, your wallet amount will not be refunded, and the amount used from the wallet will be considered forfeited. If the order is delivered and later returned, or if you take a refund, your wallet balance will be reset to ₹0.

WhatsApp Service :We are giving whatsapp service to our customers so that if they are unable to buying any item then they can order on whatsapp manually and they can ask any query about product. so We are not giving this easy service that they ask again and again about delivery. So our team decided to remove this easy service soon like Other Market Places.

Personal Information

1. All information, products and services displayed on the grayfixx.in website constitute an invitation to offer. Your order for purchase constitutes your offer which shall be subject to the terms and conditions as listed below. Grayfixx has the right to accept or reject your offer but should be any reason thereof.

4. We have made every effort to display the color of our products that appear on the site as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of color will be accurate.

grayfixx.in will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user. The User must exclusively use his/her own card on the site.

License & Site access

Minimum Age: if you are under 17 of age then grayfixx not allow to order. in case if any issue will come then grayfixx will not responsible for this.

The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at New Delhi, Karkarduma shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.

The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Grayfixx or the Seller

Eligibility :

Grayfixx will not be responsible for any damage suffered by users from use of the services on grayfixx.in. This without limitation includes loss of revenue or data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions as may occur because of any act / omission of the vendor. This disclaimer of liability also applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, negligence, defect, deletion, error, omission, interruption, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, or under any other cause of action

Request for cancellations of orders once placed on grayfixx.in will not be entertained.

Account & Registration

Your mobile phone number and/or e-mail address is treated as Your primary identifier on the Website. It is your responsibility to ensure that Your mobile phone number and your email address is up to date on the Website at all times. You agree to notify Us promptly if your mobile phone number or e-mail address changes by updating the same on the Website through a onetime password verification.

If You use the Website, You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Display Name and Password and You shall be responsible for all activities that occur under your Display Name and Password. You agree that if You provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or We have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or not in accordance with the this Terms of Use, We shall have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate or block access of your membership on the Website and refuse to provide You with access to the Website.

You agree that Grayfixx shall not be liable or responsible for the activities or consequences of use or misuse of any information that occurs under your display name in cases where You have failed to update Your revised mobile phone number and/or e-mail address on the Website.

Cancellation by Site / Customer

grayfixx.in will take full responsibility for your order if it has been shipped to any major city where our sellers use private courier companies such as Delhivery, Xpressbees, DTDC, Ekart, etc., to ship your order. grayfixx.in reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This applies even if the order has already been confirmed and/or payment has been received. In such cases, the payment will be refunded, and the user will be informed after price verification. The user agrees to provide accurate, authentic, and true information. grayfixx.in reserves the right to verify the information and details provided by the user at any time. If any user information is found to be false, partially or fully, Grayfixx has the sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from accessing the services of grayfixx.in without prior notice. If you cancel any customized products after packaging or printing, Grayfixx will not accept your cancellation request, and your prepaid amount will not be refunded.

Domain & Website:Basically, This domain is ours but grayfixx.in has been purchased from godaddy, and this domain is managed by our company from our city Ranchi Jharkhand, in this website you will find our products which we manufacture, and which you can use on your online website. You can purchase from here. And the server on which our website is live is not our own, we have taken the server from HostGator which we do not own.

Cookies:We do not use cookies on our website, we do not use that to read your data, we do not track your data, and if this happens then it is an issue with your browser or whatever browser you are using. They are tracking your Data through cookies.

Privacy & Policy:We take our user's data only to dispatch the product because if we don't collect then how can deliver the products, we take only (Name, Number, Email Id, PINcode, Address & GSTIN if available). Apart from this, we do not use user's data anywhere, do not sell it to any third-party, and do not misuse it in any way. We use a third-party courier aggregator to deliver your product to you, of which Shiprocket is a company, and we fill your address details in the Shiprocket website. Apart from this, your data does not go anywhere else from our end.

Transaction & Payment Details :When we take an order through WhatsApp, then that payment takes it through QR code/UPI/Gpay/PhonePe, the payment data/transaction details of the customer remain completely safe and do not reach us. If the customer purchases from the website and makes payment on that purchase, we take payment through third-party Razorpay, in which the customer's credit card/debit card details are passed on to Razorpay and not to us. For this you can read Razorpay's policy, we will not take any responsibility.

Usage/Application Instruction

1. Do Not Apply Yourself – Always get it installed by an expert for a professional finish.
2. Clean the Surface Properly – Before applying, wash your bike thoroughly. Do not use polish/lubricants/ceramic before or after application, as it can affect adhesion.
3. Use Radium Strip for Support – After applying the graphics, use radium strip on the body corners for extra support. This will increase the durability of the sticker.
4. Be Careful While Washing – After installation, avoid using high-pressure water spray on the stickers, as it may cause damage.
5. Use Heat Gun for Pre-Cut Stickers – If the sticker is pre-cut, apply it using a blower or heat gun for better results. However, do not overstretch the sticker with heat, as it can weaken the adhesive quality.
6. Do Not Remove the FPF Protection/Lamination – The sticker comes with FPF protection on top. Never remove it, as it is designed to protect the sticker.
